I agree that if I am ever found guilty of abusing this horse, am completely inactive, or I decide to quit Horses Forever for whatever circumstance, I will give the horse back to The Committee without arguement. If I choose to leave HF, I WILL notify The Committee and turn the horse over to them. If I sell this horse, I will alert the new owner that this horse is a Committee Horse. I will never sell this horse outside of Horses Forever.
